Capital Markets Analyst

As a Capital Markets Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting debt and equity capital markets transactions. You will work closely with senior team members to analyze market conditions, structure deals, and support client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market conditions and trends to support capital raising activities
- Prepare financial models, pitch materials, and market updates
- Assist in the structuring and execution of debt and equity offerings
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing analysis
- Collaborate with origination and sales teams on client opportunities
- Maintain and update internal databases and reporting tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or related roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CFA progress or interest is a plus
