As our Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee all financial operations, drive strategic financial planning, and ensure the fiscal health of the organization. You will partner closely with our executive team to shape the future direction of Summr.

Responsibilities

Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and investor relations functions
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives
Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and financial institutions
Ensure regulatory compliance across all financial operations
Present financial performance and strategy to the board of directors
Build and mentor a high-performing finance team

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
MBA or CPA required; both preferred
Prior CFO or VP of Finance experience at a growth-stage company
Deep understanding of capital markets, M&A, and fundraising
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in financial services or fintech industry preferred
